Consumer Code for NEw Homes - 2018
The Consumer Code for New Homes are an official organisation, who offer a quality assurance benchmark for new home builders. They had a tight budget and needed a campaign which would communicate the benefits of CCNH accreditation to both customers (new home owners) and developers. The basic message was ‘peace of mind’ - and it was communicated to both audiences using the same imagery with different messages. The campaign encourages the viewer to think of the Consumer Code for New Homes as a friendly neighbour, there to help welcome them to the area, and provide advice and support.
Scamps for the campaign concept
The visual idea is to show new home owners standing proudly looking at their new home, whilst right next door is a giant 3D version of the Consumer Code for New Homes icon. The size of the adjacent houses.
This shows the user that Consumer Code for New Homes will be with them though this exciting, life-changing time, as a reassuring presence in their lives.
The concept used a combination of stock imagery of new housing developments and happy new home owners, and a 3D CAD model of a purple Consumer Code for New Homes house, based on their brand icon.
The 3D house was comped into the stock image compositions, positioned and angled with perspective to look realistically like it’s in the composition. Light and shadow effects complete the post-production process.
This was a multi-disciplinary exercise:

How the images were created.
I have worked with Andy for several years, both developing brands and also delivering integrated campaign ideas. He is extremely talented on both counts and will take the brief and deliver the creative beyond any expectations. I’ve found him to be reliable and fun to work with and will produce work of an exceptional standard, bringing the whole project to life.
